IF IT’S NOT FIXED THEN WE CAN’T BILL YOU FOR IT (IT’S THAT SIMPLE)

The Guaranteed Solutions Policy is simple, it’s a guarantee to you the customer that a particular problem will be resolved, or a particular outcome will be archived otherwise you the customer will not be billed for any labor fees associated with the services deployed.

All technical services provided are covered by the Guaranteed Solutions Policy (a.k.a The It’s Fixed or It’s Free Policy) If we can’t Fix-it or provide a solution for your the service you have requested then we can’t bill you for it. Some limitations and liabilities do apply and are listed below.

Limitations and Liabilities

The customer is still responsible for reimbursing the service provider for all out-of-pocket expenses related to the services deployed including but not limited to the purchase of any systems, devices, parts, materials, software, third-party services, other non-technical related products, including any expense related to returns.

The customer is still responsible for reimbursing the service provider for any and all travel expenses related to the services requested by the customer including but not limited to; [1] Transportation fees and cost (airfare/car rental/gas/parking/toll fees), [2] Accommodation fees and cost (RV rental/hotels/Air BnB/internet/parking), [3] Food & Drinks (when traveling).

The customer is still responsible for paying the service provider for any and all premium service addon’s including but not limited to; (1) Out-of-Area Trip-Charge, (2) Same-Day Service (3) Extended Hours Service, (4) After-Hours Service, (5) Emergency Stat Service, (6) Rush Turn-Around Service.
