30-Day Labor Warranty

IT Service Provider warrants that all services performed under this Agreement shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If any services fail to conform to this warranty within 30 days from the date of completion, IT Service Provider shall, at its sole discretion, either (a) re-perform the non-conforming services at no additional charge to Client or (b) refund the fees paid by Client for the non-conforming services. This remedy shall be Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the warranty set forth in this Section.

This clause ensures that the IT service provider is obligated to provide quality services and stand behind their work. If any issues arise due to the provider’s services within 30 days after completion of the job, the provider will re-perform the services at no additional charge or refund the fees paid by the client for the non-conforming services. This ensures that the client is not left with any additional costs or burdens resulting from the provider’s faulty services.
